COMMUNITY

Gaby Hall has been an active member of the community for years, participating in Leadership Charlottesville, being an Executive Board Member of the Charlottesville Area Family YMCA, being a member of the Junior League of Charlottesville and being a member of the Virginia Student Aid Foundation.

Long-time residency has its benefits - having lived in the Charlottesville area since she was thirteen years old and having attended the University of Virginia, Gaby Hall is extremely knowledgeable about the area.

With a degree in accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, She has also passed the CPA exam. Gaby has held the positions of both President and Vice President of the McIntire Alumni Association of the University of Virginia. During her education at the Graduate Realtors Institute she held the positions of Secretary and Vice President.

PROFESSIONALISM

Gaby Hall has been professionally involved with the Charlottesville Area Board of Realtors and has held the positions of Secretary, Treasurer and a member of the Audit Committee at local and state levels. She has been awarded the title Salesperson of the Year and admitted to the Million Dollar Club. She has won numerous other awards including the President's Award, and Founder's Award from companies to which she was previously affiliated.

Gaby Hall's goal as a professional is your total satisfaction in all real estate transactions. She believes that buying or selling real estate is and should be fun and rewarding. Committed to providing excellence in service to her clients, Gaby has earned a number of professional designations including Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and she is currently a candidate for the designation of Certified Commercial Investment Management (CCIM). She has pursued additional courses in Brokerage and Land Management Packaging, New Home Sales, Neurolinguistic Programming and Tax Planning.

Gaby believes that a commitment to self, client and community never stop. One must continually learn and grow in order to benefit those around them – community as well as clients and to insure that clients receive the expert assistance of a true professional.
